Key capabilities

HM-2 builds a written blueprint of company data, procedures and formulas by reading ERP, CRM, warehouse and email sources on a schedule the customer sets. Each customer, order and item is meant to have one shared definition across departments.

Documented use cases include drafting sales orders from email with stock and credit checks, matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes, auditing freight invoices, and compiling pre-call account summaries. Agents prepare the result; they do not silently replace the ERP.

Each run can require an approver to accept, amend or reject the agent output. Approvals are recorded with who decided. The customer chooses which procedures are automatic and which always wait for a person.

Hellomatik describes starting from one business decision rather than a full systems migration. Existing software stays the source of truth; HM-2 reads what it needs and only records approved entries back into those systems with per-procedure write permission.
