European Cloud marketing stresses EU jurisdiction and European DR/backup. Italy-only pinning depends on the SKU and order configuration—confirm the selectable region in the control panel or with pre-sales before assuming every GPU or K8s plan is Frosinone/Milan-only.

Seeweb states it is an ACN-qualified CSP for IaaS, with QI2 for infrastructure and QC2 covering Foundation Server Pro, VPC, Cloud Server Shared CPU and High Memory, plus AI and supercomputing-oriented infrastructures (qualification date published as 19 January 2023 on the certifications page). GPU Cloud Servers are billed on actual usage (hourly model described on the product page); the vendor states network traffic and API calls are not charged as separate usage items for that product line. Spot Instances are capacity at a discounted fixed price for the instance lifetime, with about two minutes’ notice before termination if On-Demand demand reclaims the hardware—use them for batch, test, or other interruptible work, not sole production control planes.

Seeweb publishes GDPR privacy materials and DPO contact (dpo@seeweb.it appears on related legal texts).
